Every time I check out an unfamiliar website, I try to approach it the same way: first I look at the general structure, then I read a few sections more carefully, and only after that do I compare it with other information. I used that same approach with Kinzo Québec, since I was interested in seeing how the Québec-related information was presented. I prefer pages where the navigation feels predictable and I can return to a section without having to search through the whole site again. Nothing complicated was involved in my visit, but taking a few minutes to explore the different sections gave me a much clearer idea of what information was available.
