Magicyoyo Refund Policy

At Magicyoyo, all our products undergo quality inspection before shipment, and we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we would like to inform you of our refund and exchange policy due to the nature of our international shipping.

International Shipping Considerations:

  • Our yoyos are shipped from China to various destinations around the world. Due to the extended shipping times, the complex return process for international orders, and the high shipping costs, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges.

  • We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. For non-quality-related issues, we cannot provide free return or exchange services.

  • If you receive a product and find any issues, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

1 - Process for Returning Items:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2 - Refunds:                                               

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 days. All refunds will be processed through PayPal

3 - Exchanges:
